The No Place for Hate (NPFH) program was created in 1999 by the Anti-Defamation League New England Region, in partnership with the Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA). No Place for Hate is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and the Maxwell Blum Family.
